You are responsible for credential confidentiality, trusted device security, and safeguarding one-time passcodes. Report suspected unauthorized activity immediately.

Acceptable Service Use

GSIB services may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with sanctions, anti-fraud, and anti-money laundering requirements.

Fees and Product Terms

Rates, fees, and repayment conditions are defined in product-specific documentation. Where conflict exists, product-level terms govern.

Service Availability

Services may be limited for maintenance, legal compliance, or security response. GSIB works to restore access promptly and communicate major disruptions where practical.

Disputes and Corrections

Report unauthorized transactions and account discrepancies promptly through official support channels. Resolution timelines vary by issue type and verification requirements.

Suspension and Termination

GSIB may suspend or restrict access for misuse, unresolved risk, legal obligations, or security concerns. You may close eligible accounts under closure procedures.

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, GSIB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to outages, third-party systems, or events outside reasonable control.
